We supports multiple brands of Digital Video Recorder (DVR) technology and can integrate most of those units with  built-in video servers directly into the ALARMSWITCH monitoring platform. This makes those images available to monitoring operators and also serves them back up to clients via the web. Alternatively to help customers connect integrate their older (legacy) CCTV systems to broadband and ALARMSWITCH, we suggest using our  IP Video server which offers a future-proof and cost-effective solution to migrate previous video technology so it can also be accessible via the Web. In each case ALARMSWITCH has an FTP service which collects files such as JPEGs or MP4 thus elimination reliance in the DVR hard drive for image recovery during a security related event.
