Network Technology Management (NTM) means the taking over of regular daily management and/or control of equipment maintenance, system monitoring and callout dispatch duties usually performed as a business function of the customer or the loss prevention department. The major advantage for the customer is the fact that it can concentrate on core activities and not expend its energy on normal operational tasks which can more efficiently performed by experienced system engineers.
