Staff are trained in the use and application of almost all brands of monitoring systems used and our team has proven to be a powerful resource.  Due to established relationships customers sometimes prefer to use their own local alarm service contractor to deal with immediate technical faults. In the interests of providing the most effective integrated alarm service to the customer, we in turn support that those authorised independent Alarm service contractors to work closely with us to ensure an even higher quality of service is achieved.
