To assist customers the ALARMSWITCH helpdesk is manned by operators 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Customers can alter open/close times, user lists, callout arrangements, response plans, set operator notes and reminders. Operators also dispatch guards and contractors to client sites and advise parties of the outcome.
